Rosana Ramacciotte

Rosana Ramacciotte is a sought-after empowerment specialist and incendiary thinker.   Her innovative and resourceful views on business and leadership have allowed her to work with leaders in the USA, Brazil, and Africa (Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, and Rwanda). As an influencer, she has acted as a service chair to a leading global organization of professional women that holds general consultative status with the United Nations and aims to empower women in developing countries. She also serves as a facilitator in Africa, Brazil, and the USA in partnership with churches and governments to empower ordinary people to create sustainable transformation in communities by educating the next generation. 

 

Rosana is the Founder and President of Destiny Advisors, a firm specializing in conflict resolution (mediation), business consulting, and mentorship focused on personal and organizational abilities tailored to the individual/corporation. She is also a certified negotiator through Pepperdine University with significant experience related to Land Development, Construction, Real Estate, and other Corporations. She also has been certified by several coaching programs, including John Maxwell as one of her favorites. She joined the partnership of Platinum Element Holdings LLC (PEH), a private company with a mission that is committed to creating sustainable responsible investment opportunities, bringing jobs, and strengthening the economy of nations. 

 

She believes one of her purposes is to empower aspiring men and women from different generations with strategies and life-transforming keys. As a result, many leaders, especially women, from all spheres of influence have engaged with Rosana's mentoring program to leverage their expertise and resources.  Rosana wants to encourage the church to be catalysts of change and a voice of hope to the nations.

 

She credits her amazing parents for her passion and dedication to serving others.
